You'd have to hunt around online to find them though, and the download links for these - although occasionally reposted - don't stay up all that long. A couple of my favorite ones are Hiren's Boot DVD (the "restored" edition compiled by "Proteus" - the last one I found was from 2012 or 2013, but a new edition seems to turn up every couple years), and one that was called Multiboot 2K10 DVD from around the same time. Some of them have options to boot a PE type Win-7 and XP environment, include a lot of diagnostics plus a well-stocked gallery of useful apps and utilities - even the ability to go out on the internet and download something else you may find that you need.
